SPOKEN WORD WITH MUSIC

Jon has forged a creative partnership with Sarah Watts, an award winning, internationally acclaimed British Clarinettist.

Together, they join pipes to deliver narrative driven voice and music recitals.

Their first release was "Once Upon A Time There Was A Piece of Wood," a musical tale after Carlo Collodi's Pinocchio, by Simone Fontanelli.

On June 18th, their latest work "Feed The Hound," is set to be unleashed. In the meantime, the New Music Show on BBC Radio 3 will be playing excerpts from the release. All profits go to The Kit Wilson Trust.

Dracula Bite Size is a collaboration between Jon Iles and low clarinet specialist Sarah Watts.
Bram Stoker's original story remains central to the work and has been reworked into an hour long narration by Jon. Sarah has written a score that features contrabass clarinet, basset horn and bass clarinet and that accompanies the spoken narration.
